Located in a remote mountain village, Bishara Wilfredo Vásquez School supports 27 students and 3 teachers, with room to grow. Opened February 2023, thanks to our partners CePudo, Food for the Poor, and the generous impact investors The Rowden Family.
Serving students in 1st through 6th grade, the school draws children from five surrounding communities and has the capacity to welcome up to 90 students as enrollment expands.
In a powerful example of local ownership, the community provides daily lunches for the children, demonstrating deep commitment to education and to the future of their families.
